Espresso18 g in, 36 g out in 26–30 s
Moka potFill the basket level, no tamping. Low heat, off at the first gurgle.
Pour-over15 g coffee to 250 g water. Bloom 30 s, finish by 2:45.
Plunger30 g coffee to 500 g water. Steep 4 minutes, plunge slowly.
